Bacco Ristorante was founded in 1993 by Paolo Dominici and Vincenzo Cucco.


Known for its award-winning authentic Italian cuisine, Bacco Ristorante is led by Executive Chef Vincenzo Cucco.  Chef Cucco started his career in Venice after graduating from the acclaimed food academy of Palermo.  Coming to America in 1982, Chef Cucco has worked at many award-winning establishments including the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco.  He brings his intimate knowledge and passion of Italy to Noe Valley.


Shari Dominici, Owner.  As the owner of Bacco Ristorante, Shari carries on the tradition of delicious cuisine with the charm of Noe Valley.

Luca Zanet, Manager.  Since 1995, Luca has blended his love of Italian food and wines into the restaurant.  Born in Venice, Luca has worked in top establishments in Italy, London, Florida, and San Francisco including Palio D’Asti, North Beach Restaurant, Splendido, and Kuleto’s.
